Dropshipping iş modeline ve Antsorax markanıza tam uyumlu, yasal olarak koruyucu ve müşteriyi bilgilendirici kargo politikasını aşağıda hazırladım.

Ödeme sayfanızdaki dinamik bölge bazlı fiyatlandırmayı ve çoklu ürün (bundle) alımlarındaki lojistik maliyet avantajlarını da müşteriye doğru yansıtacak şekilde özel maddeler ekledim. Bu metni doğrudan Shopify mağazanızın Settings > Policies > Shipping Policy bölümüne yapıştırabilirsiniz.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Antsorax (operated by TAHAYLCN LLC), our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Destinations We ship globally, with dedicated logistics lines for major regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, Qatar, and more.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the destination country).

  • Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, extreme weather, or local postal service issues.

3. Shipping Rates, Dynamic Pricing & Bundle Discounts Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Dynamic Regional Checkout: We use dynamic, region-specific pricing. The currency and final shipping rates will automatically adjust at checkout based on your exact delivery location.

  • Multi-Item Bundles: If you purchase a multi-item product bundle, the per-unit logistics expenses are modified. This means the shipping cost per item significantly decreases when you buy in bundles, giving you the best possible value. The adjusted shipping cost will be calculated automatically in your cart.

4. Shipment Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information generally becomes active within 48-72 hours after you receive the email. You can track your package directly through the tracking page on our website or the designated carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes TAHAYLCN LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Missing or Lost Packages While we strive for perfect deliveries, if your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link for updates. If your tracking states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local courier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
